Senior Partnerships Lead — Airlines & International
About the role
Tropiq started in general aviation, but the thinking behind it — a flight partner that looks ahead instead of a filing cabinet — travels well beyond it. There's a path to airlines, and a world of pilots outside the US who've been told the good tools aren't for them. We're looking for a senior partnerships lead to open both doors.
You'll own the relationships that let Tropiq grow: airline and operator partnerships, international data agreements with chart and aeronautical-data providers, and the groundwork for entering new markets. You'll work directly with the founder and carry the case for what makes Tropiq different — including the AI-driven intelligence that sets it apart.
What you'll do
- Build airline and operator partnerships — from first conversation to signed agreement
- Open international markets: source and negotiate data partnerships, navigate regional aeronautical data and regulation
- Position Tropiq's AI-driven safety and briefing capabilities to sophisticated partners
- Work with product and engineering to turn partnership commitments into real, shipped integrations
- Be the on-the-ground sense of what each new market and partner actually needs
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in partnerships, business development, or commercial roles — bonus for aviation, data licensing, or international expansion
- A strong closer who can also manage long, relationship-driven deals
- Comfortable speaking credibly about a technical, AI-driven product to demanding partners
- Self-directed and comfortable with the ambiguity of building something new
- Aviation industry experience or an active pilot is a real plus
